How to Obtain Warranty Service
I. About the Electronic Warranty
In response to global warming and to reduce waste, we have joined the campaign to protect the environment and reduce logging. Therefore, every customer can get warranty service by contacting us directly at info@reclinerstory.com or +8619887077758. Each customer only needs to provide the order number, shipping address/email/phone number and name of the product purchased to us to start the warranty process.
- You are supposed to provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. (e.g., order number, shipping address/email/phone number and name).
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Attention:
- Once the warranty process is initiated, you will be contacted by a dedicated customer service representative. We will provide one-on-one professional service.
- If your eligible product is deemed defective within the first 5 years of ownership due to product quality issues, such as defective parts, workmanship or construction, we guarantee that your eligible product will be replaced or repaired at our option.
Coverage
This warranty expressly covers all parts, frames and accessories of the products sold by Reclinerstory.
The particulars are as follows:
- This warranty covers the cost of all parts and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
- This warranty covers the cost of the frame and motor of the product for a period of five years at no cost to the customer. (Accessories are not included)
What is Not Covered
- Any shipping costs on repairing the product. Shipping damage, theft, abuse, neglect, vandalism.
- Damage caused by shipping and handling; dropping the product; improper installation and/or unauthorized maintenance does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of the power supply/power source, electrical interference, and electrical surges.
- Failure due to improper use and unreasonable use or maintenance (including failure to follow operating instructions).
Any environmental conditions (e.g., fire, flood, rust, corrosion, sand, mud, storms, hail, earthquakes and/or tornadoes) or any other weather conditions. - This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including Velcro or zipper failure, or tearing of any fabric covering due to abuse. Failure or attachment points in stitching, Velcro and zippers do not constitute a warranty defect.
- Softened/hardened foam and filler composites in pillows and cushions; fabric fading, fraying and pilling do not constitute defects under this warranty as these items will naturally change with use.
- Natural patterns, graining and variations in leather do not constitute a defect under the terms of this warranty because no two fabrics are identical.
- Warranty does not apply if the product is physically damaged, either intentionally or by accident or negligence: including stains, liquids, mildew, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or other unsanitary, damage or soiling.
- Non-Reclinerstory products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
- and does not cover any damage or loss caused by: non-compliance with operating instructions; electrical interference and surges; dropped products; including but not limited to remote controls; damage caused by improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquakes, tornadoes, fire, floods); loss of use while the product is being serviced; products purchased from an unauthorized product purchased from an unauthorized dealer; alteration or modification of original condition; theft; neglect; unauthorized repair; loss of authority.
